Welcome Dinner
The welcome dinner will be held at High West Saloon in Park City- come hungry and thirsty. There will be delicious food and drink- particularly if you’re a fan of whiskey. Bust out your best Western wear!
6:00pm – 9:30pm at High West Saloon
Shuttles to the welcome party will loop from the Silver Baron starting at 5:45pm to 7:30pm.
Return shuttles will run from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

Ceremony & Reception at 4U Ranch
We will have organized transport for the wedding leaving from and returning to the Silver Baron Lodge in Deer Valley. Join us in cocktail attire (think suits, no ties for men, long but fun dresses for women) for a wonderful night of love, dinner, and dancing!
3:00pm: Shuttles depart to 4U Ranch from the Silver Baron
Shuttles will pickup at 4U Ranch at 10:00pm to return to Silver Baron or drop off at The Spur to keep the party going! Details below.
Optional After Party at The Spur
For those who aren’t ready to turn in for the night, there will be an after party at The Spur. We have the upstairs reserved with snacks, music, an open bar, and good hangs. There is also a live band downstairs for those who wish to keep dancing!
10:30pm-12:30am
Shuttles will pickup from 4U Ranch at 10:00pm and drop off at The Spur around 10:30pm. Return shuttles will take folks from The Spur to the Silver Baron about every 15 minutes from 11pm-12:30am so don’t feel like you have to stay at the after party the whole time.

We’re sure not everyone will be operating at 100% on the day after the wedding, but we’re hoping that our friends will help us enjoy and take advantage of the Labor Day long weekend by staying to hang out and have some fun! We’ll hopefully see many of you for dinner at No Name Saloon and drinks to cap off the weekend.

Transportation is not organized but the Silver Baron in partnership with Deer Valley resorts has an “uber”type service that you will learn about at check in. This and the free Park City bus will make getting to No Name Saloon easy!
